    Full payment may be required prior to production or dispatch. Orders will be processed only after payment is received.
  3. Pricing
    All prices are subject to change based on seasonal variations, market availability, product size, and quality specifications. As seafood is a naturally seasonal product, fluctuations in supply and demand may affect pricing. Any additional charges arising from product modifications or changes requested after order confirmation will be billed separately.
  4. Delays & External Factors
    Meenkara is not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as product shortages, courier delays, or other unforeseen issues.
  5. Inspection & Claims
    Customers must inspect their orders upon delivery. Any claims regarding defects or damages must be reported immediately.
  6. Product Variations
    As seafood is a natural product, slight variations in size, weight, texture, and color may occur depending on the catch and season. These natural differences are normal and not considered defects.
  7. Order Cancellation
    Orders cannot be canceled once processing has begun.
  8. Refunds & Replacements
    Suppose any issue with the product is reported immediately at the time of delivery, and the claim is found valid upon verification. In that case, Meenkara will resend the product or provide a suitable replacement.Since seafood is highly perishable, complaints made after delivery completion cannot be accepted.

    Our liability is limited strictly to the value of the order placed. We are not responsible for indirect losses such as lost profits or business interruptions.
