Yes. Our sea fish are part of the one-day catch, sourced directly from small morning boats. We clean, pack and dispatch them on the same day to keep the natural freshness and sea taste. If you prefer the fish whole, cleaned, chopped or uncleaned, we deliver it exactly as you need.

No. Our dry fish is naturally sun-dried with traditional Pattarai methods, and our fish pickles are made with fresh catch and home-style ingredients. We use no chemical preservatives or artificial flavours. We only use apple cider vinegar (ACV) for natural shelf life.

Yes. All our dry fish is 100% sun-dried using the age-old methods of the fishing community. There are no chemicals and no machine drying.

Yes. Thenarasi, a brand owned by Meenkara, offers pure, natural honey from trusted beekeepers in the Western Ghats. It has no added sugar, colouring or artificial processing.

Yes. All fish are fully cleaned, gutted and cut as you ask. You can choose curry cut, fillet, steak or whole dressed fish.

Yes. We can remove the head, tail, skin or bones, and prepare boneless cuts. Just tell us your preference when you order.

We pack the fish in thermocol boxes with air-tight packaging and ice. It travels by cold-storage vehicle or by train, so it stays fresh from the ocean to your door.

Orders are usually delivered the next day, depending on your location. In Tamil Nadu delivery is same day or next day, based on distance. In Bengaluru it is next day. If your district is connected by train, you can collect your order at your nearest railway station.

No. Same-day delivery would mean storing fish for a day or two, which we do not do. We buy fresh fish from the coast and deliver it the next day to keep it pure and fresh. If you want genuinely fresh fish, waiting one day is the best option.

Delivery, packing and cutting are charged together at ₹70 per kg of your order, shown at checkout. You can contact our team to ask for a suitable time. We are working on a better delivery-slot system, which will work best in cities like Bengaluru, Chennai and Coimbatore where delivery partners are available.

Yes. We deliver on festivals, family functions, birthdays and other occasions. Pre-book your order in advance and we will arrange fresh fish for your date. Pre-booking helps us plan the catch and deliver on time.

Yes, before the order is packed and dispatched. Please contact our support team straight away if you need a change.

Yes. If a product is damaged or spoiled, we give a replacement or a refund after verification. Please report the issue as soon as your order is delivered. See our Refund and replacement section of our Terms.
